Salon Policies

Appointments for spa services must be secured with a credit card at the time of scheduling appointment. A full fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and appointments missed without a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice.

 

Hair services require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Late Policies

We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day.

 

For Your Comfort

To keep the spa peaceful and quiet, children under the age of 18 are restricted from the spa area unless receiving services.

 

Cell Phones

We ask that you consider others, staff and patrons. No cell phone use during treatments and please put cell phones on vibrate at all times.
